Between Pšovka and Liběchovka
After the marking out of the 0057 trail was completed in 2005, the Polabská cycle path became connected to the trail beginning in Liběchovka valley through which leads a highly frequented road to Česká Lípa which is not so beneficial for the health of cyclists. The new signing shall avoid this road and lead into Želízy through Boží Voda via number 0010. From Želízy to Dolní Zimoř along the road, then through a wooded tarmac path through Truskavenský důl (valley). After returning to the road those cyclists who love cycling on low gears shall approve of the ascent which ends behind Kokořín(village), at the beginning of the serpentines around the Kokořín castle into Dolina.
The 0012 route shall carry on by turning off from Polabská in Ješovice. Don´t forget to examine the statue works of Václav Levý or the small chapel of Mary Magdalene along the Brocenská way! The statues of a snake and a female harpist have been chiseled into sandstone. It is necessary to be aware of the terrain. Especially the final run downhill to Tupadly is a rough, sandy path, with the odd root or stone here and there. From Tupadly the trail leads along the road toward Vidim and before the gruesomely looking hill you shall find a turnoff to a narrow un-kept road leading through the Vidimský důl (Vidim valley). You cannot avoid the ascent; it comes later and begins in Dolní Vidim in Bukové údolí (Beech valley). You shall sweat all the way to Dobřeň. Turn right in the village and go along the crests from where you shall have a view on Housecké vrchy (Housecké hills). The

Vrátenská Mountain can be seen well from here. The path turns left in Jestřebice three times in a row, firstly at the beginning of the village and lastly at the pub. Carry on along the forest path to Vojtěšský důl (Vojstěšský valley) where you can make a short excursion to Jestřebické Pokličky along the green footpath. In Vojtěchov the cycle path leads onto the road following the Pšovka stream marked 142 all the way to the big cycle crosroads at Lhotka.
The connection of both former paths is numbered 0011 and it is good to have a torch with you. It begins in Truskavenský 
důl (Truskavenský valley) and one kilometer further offers a stop by the cave of Klempera, the bandit. This cave has just recently been cleaned of ancient layers of mud, sand and debris. To make the trip 
more interesting, cycle down the unmarked rather dangerous path to the left, which you shall find in Šemánovický důl (Šemánovický valley). Approximately two kilometres after the crossing you shall reach the little church (Kostelíček) via the yellow footpath. You can cycle down this yellow path only up to the forest spring and then there is no other option for you than to walk to a lesser known cliff overhang in the forest underneath the Šemánovický cemetry. It reminds one of Pravčická brána (Pravčická Gate), only walled up at the back. The final ascent of the cycle path ends a little above Dobřeň, which is on the track from Tupadly to Vojtěchov. It is up to you to choose whether to return to Mělník via the Pšovka or Liběchovka valley.
